Too Far Gone

man-walking-down-road

Way too old,

too far gone.

Wandering helplessly,

lost for so long.

Hope of being found,

died amongst your dreams.

What’s the point of trying,

when no one hears you scream?

Nobody even seems to care,

for a lonely sinner like you.

About all the love you’ve wasted,

and all the wrong you do.

But see, that’s the first mistake,

You couldn’t be more wrong.

Cause no matter how far you choose to go,

you’re never too far gone.
