Mr. President

images-33

Presidents come,

Presidents go.

Some approve bills,

others veto.

At times they rise,

and at times they fall.

But as Americans,

they always stand tall.

The public complains,

the public groans.

They think they could do it better,

if the job was their own.

But the people are responsible,

the publics to blame.

Because the votes that they cast,

were cast in their name.

So don’t blame the President,

blame yourself.

Because you voted him in,

along with everyone else.
